Our Practice now has a Community Link Worker, Janet Back, working with us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. She can help with various matters including benefits, housing issues, Carer information and money worries. Please feel free to contact the Practice to arrange an appointment with her either face to face or via the telephone.
